Lasse Lappalainen is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Performance Improvement practices.
He has experience across several industries, with particular depth in machinery and forestry products. His focus spans strategy and enterprise-wide transformations, driving change across commercial, organizational, and operational areas.
In addition to his client work, Lasse serves as the recruiting manager for our Helsinki office.
He holds a Master of Science with honors in industrial engineering and management from Aalto University.
