Lewis has worked extensively across retail sectors, including restaurants, specialty retailers and big box retailers. He has advised leading retailers with their growth strategies, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
He also has significant experience working with suppliers to the grocery and restaurant industries.
Lewis's engagements have focused on brand positioning and growth strategy, customer experience and loyalty, marketing optimization, data and analytics, store labor and store footprint optimization.
He has led numerous large-scale transformations and has significant program management expertise.
Lewis earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and graduated magna cum laude from Rice University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in Mathematical Economic Analysis.
