Merritt Robinson is the Head of Design, Americas, for Bain Innovation & Design.
She has almost 20 years of experience in design and innovation across industries — including retail, hospitality, CPG, and professional services. Her work primarily focuses on marrying human-centered design to strategies for business growth, and she has built and launched successful products, services, and experiences across B2C and B2B settings globally. She has additionally led work in brand strategy and organization design.
Beyond her client work, she is responsible for growing and leading our Americas design team, and she collaborates globally to continually advance our firm's expertise in design thinking.
Before joining us, she was a consultant for another top firm. She has a master's in design from The Rhode Island School of Design, an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Psychology from The University of Pennsylvania.
