Saverio Calderoni is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services (AMS) practice.
Saverio specializes in designing and implementing transformation and value-creation programs for global-scale clients. Within such programs, he focuses on supply chain optimization—including industrial footprint design, end-to-end planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management—as well as procurement strategies and ESG initiatives. He mainly supports clients in process industries, with additional experience in tech, energy, infrastructure, and retail.
Beyond client work, Saverio is a culture carrier at Bain. He maintains an active role in coordinating local trainings and has supported clients from many Bain offices, including New York, Amsterdam, Doha, Brussels, Athens and Istanbul, alongside his home base in Italy.
Saverio holds a MSc in strategic management and a BSc in international business administration, both from the Rotterdam School of Management.
