Sebastian Schömann

Sebastian Schömann is a member of the Digital Transformation practice group. He has more than 15 years of experience in the consulting industry and has also worked in leading positions in digital transformation for several years.

Previously, Sebastian focused on business model innovation, process, operating model and governance redesign, end-to-end transformation programs triggered by technological disruption, and strategy projects around the digitalization of products and sales and service processes. 

Sebastian holds a PhD from KU Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, where he is a lecturer for the masterclass "Management and Strategies of Automotive Companies".
