Sonali Salgado is a member of our Financial Services and Commercial Excellence practices.

Sonali advises financial services and technology clients on full-potential strategy and go-to-market acceleration. She has extensive experience across payments, banking, and wealth management, where she has partnered with a diverse range of clients, from large financial institutions to fintech disruptors, on growth and transformation agendas. 

Sonali also brings a strong track record in sales and marketing capability building. She regularly partners with executives to build commercial programs from the ground up, launch new sales motions, and strengthen digital acquisition capabilities.

Sonali earned an MBA with distinction (Palmer Scholar) from The Wharton School and an MS in education policy from the University of Pennsylvania. She graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard College.

In her spare time, Sonali enjoys jogging around her neighborhood in Queens, exploring NYC restaurants with her husband, and baking with her COVID-era sourdough starter.
