St.John is a member of our Vector practice.
He has over 15 years of experience delivering time to value through product and innovation across a wide range of industries, including retail, travel, consumer products, financial services, and automotive. He specializes in combining human-centered design with AI, to design products, experiences, and services that delight and deliver value to customers or employees. His expertise also extends to brand strategy and demand generation, helping clients forge stronger connections with their customers.
Beyond client work, St. John is deeply passionate about understanding human behavior and how technological advancements are reshaping the way people interact and engage with companies.
Prior to joining us, he worked at another top consulting firm. St.John holds an undergraduate degree from Tulane University.
In his personal time, St.John enjoys being a girl dad, seeing live music with his wife, playing tennis, and running with a child in a jogging stroller.
