Dannath has more than 22 years of consulting experience. He specializes in the areas digitalization and simplification,zero-based budgeting, optimizing third-party spend, restructuring and strategic workforce management. Dannath has successfully implemented numerous projects with telco companies from all over the world. 

Ulli Dannath holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg and is an EFFAS certified financial analyst.
