Since joining Bain in 2012, Rocio has honed deep expertise in marketing for consumer products organizations. She works with a range of global clients to create advantage in the age of the technology-driven consumer and marketing.
Her focus areas include marketing, with an emphasis on digital, as well as e-commerce, insurgent brand growth acceleration and test-and-learn.
Rocio holds extensive experience designing and implementing winning strategies for players across the US, Latin America and EMEA.
Additionally, she holds expertise in the mergers & acquisitions sphere, where she has led several global M&A integrations.
Rocio received an MBA from Columbia University and a computer science degree from Universidad de Granada. She is fluent in both Spanish and English.
