Alyssa Pei is a leader in our Financial Services practice. She is also affiliated with the Performance Improvement and Organization practices. Alyssa joined the firm in 2019.
For the last 15 years she has worked primarily at the intersection of Financial Services and broad scale Transformation efforts, working with clients to achieve their goals and deliver measurable impact.
Alyssa’s experience spans financial sectors, including banking, wealth and asset management and insurance (P&C, Life and Group Benefits). Her recent experiences include business unit strategy, operating model redesign, customer strategy and Net Promoter System installation as well as innovation and business model strategy and cost transformation.
Additionally, Alyssa leads consultant recruiting for the Toronto office.
Outside of work, she serves on the Board of Governors at Royal St. George’s College in Toronto.
Prior to joining Bain Alyssa was a partner in the Financial Services practice for another large consulting firm in both Toronto and Chicago.
She earned an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and an AB/AM from Harvard University.
