Isabella Bersani

Isabella is a member of our Sales and Marketing and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.

She works with B2B clients across the industrials and technology sectors on commercial excellence efforts. Her experience spans a broad range of top-line growth topics, including go-to-market strategy, pricing, sales campaigns, and commercial operations. Isabella has worked with both large-cap public companies and private equity-held assets, supporting growth initiatives across U.S., EMEA, and APAC markets.

In addition to her client work, Isabella supports our local Pride @ Bain recruiting and retention efforts. While most of her career has been in New York, she also spent 2 years at Bain Copenhagen.

Isabella is a graduate of Princeton University.
