Jiwook Chang is a member of our Performance Improvement, and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practices.
He has more than 15 years of consulting experience advising leading manufacturing and technology companies on corporate growth strategy, new business development, and large-scale performance transformation.
Jiwook specializes in full-potential transformation programs, helping clients unlock step-change improvements in profitability and operational effectiveness. He has led numerous end-to-end performance improvement engagements—from rapid diagnostics and value identification to execution orchestration and capability build—delivering sustainable EBITDA expansion and structural cost competitiveness.
Prior to joining Bain in 2022 as an Associate Partner, Jiwook worked at two other major consulting firms for 13 years.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Korea University and a master’s degree in management engineering from KAIST.
