He is a seasoned Strategy expert with an increasing focus on developing digital strategies, as well as an authority across the Customer Strategy & Marketing sphere. He has advised clients ranging from family businesses to preeminent multinational corporations, with recent engagements involving sustained cost transformation, Bain Accelerated Transformation (BAT) and both corporate and business unit strategy.
Historically, Karim has led the transformation program for one of the Middle East’s largest transportation and multi-modal mobility companies.
Apart from his client work, he is deeply involved with local associate consultant (AC) recruitment.
He holds a BSc in Electronics Engineering and Computer Science, summa cum laude, from The American University in Cairo.
