Luca Fabris is a member of our Consumer Products practice.
He has refined expertise across Agile Transformation, Performance Improvement, and Commercial Excellence throughout more than a decade in consulting. His recent engagements have involved route-to-market strategy, distributor management, sales force optimization, and our proprietary Micro-battles System℠.
Luca has recently supported several major US and European beverage clients on their distribution footprint transformations, with all generating tremendous benefits in salesforce efficiency and effectiveness. Further, he has led another key beverage player’s Agile transformation, beginning with a Micro-battle-based pilot and resulting in a sweeping overhaul of the entire client organization.
He holds an MBA from London Business School and an undergraduate degree in business economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Verona.
In his personal time, Luca is an avid motorcyclist.
