Meher Ben Marzouk

Meher Ben Marzouk is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources practice and a strategy and transformation leader with experience advising C-suite executives across Europe and the GCC on corporate strategy, performance improvement, and organizational transformation.

He focuses on the energy sector, particularly utilities and oil and gas, with additional experience in broader industrial services. Meher has worked across both public and private sector clients, consistently delivering measurable and sustainable impact. His core capabilities include strategy development, organizational design, performance management, and energy regulation and markets. Prior to joining Bain, he held leadership positions in strategy consulting, advising on economic, financial, and regulatory challenges primarily in the energy sector.

Meher holds Master of Science degrees in engineering, specializing in energy systems from École Polytechnique and Mines Paris. He is fluent in English, French, and Arabic. Outside of work, he enjoys soccer, running, travel, and cuisine.
