Michael Schneider

Michael Schneider is a leader in our enterprise technology practice and helps clients unlocking business value through technology.  

He joined Bain in 2022 and has more than 26 years of management consulting experience.

Michael advises primarily clients in the retail and consumer products sector on topics such as large-scale business and technology enabled transformation programs across a variety of topics including retail supply chain, digital store operations, digital commerce, and omnichannel.

He is an expert in digital strategy, IT operating model, IT target architecture & platforms, IT roadmaps (incl. S/4 HANA), IT M&A, IT sourcing as well as IT program management and recovery. 

Prior to joining Bain & Company, Michael held leadership positions at various management consultancies.

Michael holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Saarbrücken.
