Sydney Doten is a member of Bain's Customer Strategy & Marketing practice.

She works with clients to drive above market growth and margin expansion. Her client work has spanned a variety of industries, including construction and building products, paper and packaging, logistics and transportation, and technology/cloud services.

Additionally, Sydney is a global product leader for B2B Customer Experience and she has expertise in deploying the Net Promoter System within B2B organizations.

Prior to Bain, Sydney was a Teach for America Corps Member (Los Angeles, ’09) and taught middle school science at KIPP Public Charter Schools.

She holds an MBA from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a BS in neural science from New York University.
