Tony Tan is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.
He has served leading companies across advanced industrials, TMT, and renewables on a range of topics across the value chain, including profit optimization, capacity expansion, production system building, and procurement and supply chain improvement. He has led multiple large-scale digital and AI transformations across these sectors and has led more than 10 operations and profit improvement programs across Asia. His experience includes digital transformation, AI-based advanced analytics in manufacturing, and asset productivity improvement. He has also published a white paper on operations excellence.
Prior to joining our firm, he worked as a project consultant for Dell Computers China and as a senior supply chain and operations manager at a UTC China facility.
He received an M.B.A. from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona and holds a Certificate of Corporate Finance from New York University. He is also a member of the CFA Institute.
