Ilkka Leppävuori

llkka Leppävuori is a member of our Paper & Packaging practice. 
 
He has two decades of management consulting experience focused on paper, packaging and pulp companies, adjacent machinery sectors and private equity funds investing in those industries. His expertise spans strategy, large-scale cost transformations, organizational restructurings, M&A and merger integrations, as well as sales and operating model improvements.
 
Prior to joining Bain, Ilkka spent several years in the electronics industry. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tampere University of Technology.
