Marius Eich

Marius Eich is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice, working at the intersection of strategy, performance improvement, and AI-enabled transformation.

Marius brings a quantitative approach to the diagnostics, benchmarks, and AI redesigns he leads. He partners with industrial leaders across general industrial equipment, machinery, and packaging on corporate strategy and portfolio direction, manufacturing and operations excellence, and end-to-end process redesign with AI at the center. 

Beyond his client work, Marius serves as the AI Champion in our Zurich office, helping clients harness AI to transform their businesses while supporting the adoption of AI in how our Bain teams work day to day.

Before joining Bain in 2020, Marius earned a PhD in quantum physics from ETH Zurich.
