Sebastian Kobarg

Dr. Sebastian Kobarg is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Performance Improvement practices.

He primarily advises senior executives and management teams in the machinery, equipment, and automotive sectors on sustainably improving operations and bottom-line performance. His expertise spans manufacturing, procurement, research and development, and product design optimization. He has successfully led large-scale transformation and integration programs for corporates and large SMEs, and driven value creation planning and execution for investor-owned companies.

Sebastian holds a diploma in management and engineering and a PhD from the Technical University of Munich.
