Anna Krementz is a member of the executive team of NPS Prism, Bain's largest data subscription business focused on CX benchmarking. Within NPS Prism, she leads the Client Engagement team in the Americas and EMEA.

Anna has grown NPS Prism’s financial services business from four to 10+ products in 2 years. She is passionate about CX insights and helping her clients increase customer loyalty and profitability.

A ‘Bain Boomerang’, Anna started her Bain career as a consultant for financial services companies. After that, Anna led the sales & marketing department at a California-based venture-backed startup. In 2020, Anna returned to Bain and joined NPS Prism, combining her consulting and entrepreneurial expertise.

She holds an MBA from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree from Lehigh University.
