Anna Krementz leads the Americas financial services products for NPS Prism, Bain’s CX benchmarking platform adopted by 65% of the largest banks in the U.S. and customer-centric companies in 9 more industries.

Anna has grown NPS Prism’s financial services business from four to 10+ products in 2 years. She is passionate about CX insights and helping her clients increase customer loyalty and profitability.

A ‘Bain Boomerang’, Anna started her Bain career as a consultant for financial services companies. After that, Anna led the sales & marketing department at a California-based venture-backed startup. In 2020, Anna returned to Bain and joined NPS Prism, combining her consulting and entrepreneurial expertise.

Beyond client work, Anna is the NY Office’s FAMILIA at Bain co-chair and is dedicated to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion at Bain through recruiting and office initiatives.

She holds an MBA from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree from Lehigh University.
