Eric Garton is a senior member of our Organization practice and a leader in our Consumer Products and Energy & Natural Resources practices. He served for 12 years as global Organization practice leader and as Chief Product Officer, a member of Bain's Global Operating Committee.
Eric joined Bain in 1997 and has since specialized in supporting clients in organizational design and effectiveness, merger integration, cost transformation and growth strategy. More recently, his work has focused on supporting clients in workforce modernization as part of broader AI transformation programs. He has broad experience across multiple industries, including healthcare, financial services, industrial goods, chemical, defense, energy, retail and consumer packaged goods.
Eric is a widely-published author and co-author of Time, Talent, Energy, released in March 2017. Time, Talent, Energy presents research into how businesses can liberate people's time, talent and energy and unleash their organizations' productive power.
Eric earned a BA in economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Harvard University.
