Gad Elharrar

Gad Elharrar is a member of our Financial Services practice.

Gad has over 15 years of experience advising senior management teams across North America and Europe. He mainly supports major payment and banking organizations, including a focus on fintechs. His recent work has involved a strategic focus on top- and bottom-line growth and how to embed innovation into client offerings.

His recent core case work includes:

• The development of a future-back 5yr growth strategy for a major retail bank in Quebec;
• The creation of a Wealth Management growth strategy for a large organization in Ontario;
• The building of a digital asset strategy for a major fintech in San Francisco;
• The determination of how to best build and leverage an ecosystem approach to launch digital asset offerings for a top U.S. network

Prior to joining us, he was a Principal for another global consulting firm in the Financial Services practice and prior to that, he was a Manager at TD, working in the Bank's investment and asset hedging group.

Gad holds an MBA from Ivey Business School, a B. Com from McGill. Gad is also a Charted Financial Analysist (CFA) charterholder.

In his personal time, he is an active investor in fintech, loves to travel and play sports, and spends weekends with his wife and two children.
