Tessa Bysong

Tessa Bysong is a member of Bain’s Energy & Natural Resources and Performance Improvement practices and has over a decade of consulting experience. 

Within the Energy & Natural Resources practice, Tessa is particularly focused on the Chemicals sector, advising clients on business unit strategy, acquisitions and a wide variety of cost management and performance improvement topics. Her performance improvement expertise centers on procurement, cash management, organizational structure, operations and supply chain.

Tessa received her BBA from the University of Notre Dame and her MBA from INSEAD. She has worked in Bain’s New Delhi office, as well as at Bridgespan in Boston.
